Dear landlord,
If you have a single property, or a number, even a lot of properties in the North East of England I would urge you to read this. Its probably one of the best things you'll ever do.
We personally know a lot of landlords and investors who have been very badly let down. Whether it was the advice they obtained when they bought the property, or whether it was when they've looked at having any works done on their investment property, or simply when they've sought a 'decent' letting agent. Time and time again we've seen so many very sad examples of landlords being let down, and at that, seriously let down.
